Kaiser AG Acquires Premier Oilfield Equipment
Premier Oilfield Equipment was purchased by Kaiser AG and will now be known as Kaiser Premier. The company plans to incorporate water recycling technology into its existing line of hydroexcavators.

Kaiser Premier, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kaiser AG of Liechtenstein, recently acquired Premier Oilfield Equipment through an asset purchase agreement. The move represents a significant opportunity for the Fort Morgan, Colorado-based manufacturer of hydroexcavation vehicles and API 21F certified above-ground storage tanks to become a leader in currently served markets, while expanding through product diversification into wastewater markets.
